Brian is a Personal Trainer who aims to assist and motivate his clients in acquiring their fitness goals and to help with their total lifestyle choices. His aim is to educate his clients to the perils of crash dieting and the benefits and values of exercise, good diet and beneficial sleeping habits.
He likes to help his clients see that keeping fit is not as difficult as they may think and can be great fun and extremely rewarding. He has a genuine interest in seeing clients achieve their goals, from basic fitness, fat burning, returning from illness or injury to training for a specific event or sport or just simple guidance on how to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. No goal is too small or large.
